The Light Meals come with 4 oz of Protein, 1 Cup of Vegetable and 1/2 Cup of Carb. These meals are roughly 300 calories and average 30g Protein, 30g Carb and 7g Fat. This makes them LOW CARB and IDEAL for weight loss!! You may substitute your carb for an additional 1/2 cup of Vegetables for $.49. You may substitute your carb for an additional 1 cup of Vegetables for $.99. Salmon, Asparagus and Quinoa are $.99 extra.
Salads come with a bed of mixed greens, shredded carrots, red onions, tomatoes & choice of protein.
