The Full Meals come with 8oz Chicken or 6oz of any other Protein, 1 Cup of Vegetables and 1.5 Cups of Carbs. These meals are roughly 650 calories and average 55g Protein, 75g Carb and 9g Fat. These meals are great for people looking to add muscle and gain weight!! You may substitute your carb for an additional 1/2 cup of Vegetables for $.49. You may substitute your carb for an additional 1 cup of Vegetables for $.99. Salmon, Asparagus and Quinoa are $.99 extra.
