The Medium Meals come with 6oz Chicken or 5oz of any other Protein, 1 Cup of Vegetables and 1 Cups of Carbs. These meals are roughly 500 calories and average 42g Protein, 50g Carb and 8g Fat. These meals are great for dinners or for active people looking to build lean muscle. They provide a good balance of Protein, Carbs and Fats! You may substitute your carb for an additional 1/2 cup of Vegetables for $.49. You may substitute your carb for an additional 1 cup of Vegetables for $.99. Salmon, Asparagus and Quinoa are $.99 extra.
Salads come with a bed of mixed greens, shredded carrots, red onions, tomatoes & choice of protein.
